The App is a discovery and networking platform designed to help musicians, bands, and contractors find and connect with each other.

We do not act as an intermediary, agent, employer, contractor, or representative for any user.
All communication, collaboration, agreements, payments, and arrangements happen directly between users, outside of the App.

We are not responsible for:

• Any agreements made between users
• Payments, fees, or financial disputes
• Cancellations, no-shows, or performance quality
• Misrepresentation by users
• Any damages, losses, or conflicts arising from user interactions

2. User Responsibility

By using the App, you agree that:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide
• You use the platform at your own risk
• You verify the identity, experience, and credibility of other users before engaging with them
• You handle all negotiations, contracts, and payments independently
• The App serves only as a connection tool, not a booking or escrow service.

3. Privacy & Data Protection

We take privacy seriously.

• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties
• User data is used only within the app to enable its functionality
• Sensitive data is encrypted and securely stored
• Only the minimum necessary information is displayed to other users

4. Acceptable Use & Community Conduct

Users must behave respectfully and professionally.

The following behavior is strictly prohibited:
